I became a massage therapist 21 years ago to help people promote a better way of life. Massage therapy has inspired and improved my life and I’m grateful to share this gift with others.

Trust, integrity, and quality of service have always been an integral part of my practice. I look forward to building a lasting relationship with each client and tailor my techniques to my clients specific issues and needs.

I specialize in post-surgery massage and after care with extensive experience in other modalities of massage such as Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Pre-natal, Chair Massage, and Assisted Stretching.

I help remove metabolic waste, excess water, toxins, bacteria and large protein molecules and foreign substances from the tissue. Through gentle rhythmical movements and special techniques I can help alleviate the pain and help your body heal more quickly from surgical trauma, edema and swelling.

My techniques help minimize scar tissue.

Based on your preference I can provide services either at my office or your home.
